This looks interesting. I'd be interested to know of any other teaching / training material out there that address this issue.

Suicide
It's old new's, but I heard this statistic: The World Health Organizations World report on violence and health states that one person commits suicide about every 40 seconds, one is murdered every 60 seconds and one dies in armed conflict every 100 seconds.". How did they die - a quiz
Here's a quiz entitled "How did they die" that we did a couple of weeks ago. It seemed to work ok, apart from no one had watched Forest Gump or Ghost.

Death...What Dreams May Come...
I got this idea from www.myfishbites.com. Anyway, while I agree with the comments on this website I think you have to watch most or all of the film to understand the Heaven / Hell bits. Saying that here are two suggestions:
Here's the link for What Dreams May Come on IMDB

- 8 mins 30 sec - 15 mins 20 sec. This starts when the caption "4 years later" appears on the screen. Chris with a patient at work (a little girl), his wife calls because she's in a flap at the art gallery where she works. He agrees to take some painting to the gallery to try solve the problem, but at he is involved in a fatal car accident (he gets run over). The scene is not too graphic. The clip finishes when is magically arrives home accompanied by a ghostly figure...people are mourning. The final words are "you don't want to be dead"
- 24 mins 30 sec - 34 mins. Chris leaves the grave yard to go to "heaven". This appears to be a place just like a painting that he and his wife had made...there dream home etc. Where they would retire to. The clip would finish when a bird drops one on his head
